At Badawi Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our products and want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll make it right.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not functioning as expected, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the defect (if available)
Our support team will respond with return or replacement instructions.
Return Shipping
If the item is confirmed defective:
- Return shipping is free
- A prepaid shipping label will be provided
Refunds & Replacements
Once the defective item is received and inspected:
- You may choose a full refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement product at no additional cost
Items Not Covered
This policy does not apply to:
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumable coffee products that have been opened unless they arrived spoiled or damaged
